You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@alfi-home.com.
3.4 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
4.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you have the option to cancel your order within a certain timeframe by contacting our customer service team. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
4.2 Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the product to us according to our returns policy.
5.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items that are in their original condition, have not been used, and are returned within the specified timeframe with prior approval from our customer service team.
5.2 Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
5.3 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@alfi-home.com.
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will work with you to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction, which may include a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address provided by our customer service team upon the approval of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
