Occasionally, technical updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need extending. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. ALFI Home cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: ALFI Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including but not limited to tariffs, taxes, etc.).

2.3 Shipping Costs

  • Free Delivery: We offer free standard shipping on select orders. The availability of free shipping will be clearly communicated on our checkout page.
  • Paid Delivery: For orders not eligible for free shipping, the costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

2.4 Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3.1 Return Conditions

  • Approval Required: Returns must be approved by our customer service team. To initiate a return, please contact us directly at with your order number and reason for return.
  • Time Frame: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Condition of Items: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

4.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the product to us according to our returns policy.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address provided by our customer service team upon the approval of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
